Refund policy

At PolleyMed LLC, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our product, all sales of SaniiSwab™ are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than product damage or defect.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@saniiswab. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product. If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products, unwanted items due to customer preference, claims made more than 7 days after delivery, or products purchased through third-party sellers or distributors.
